WWTV 2007 – Week Without TV – begins tonight

I should say, late tonight. (Isn’t there some sort of Sopranos and Entourage dispensation?) Who else is doing national TV-turnoff week? I’ll share my experience here, and would love to hear yours.
It’s gimmicky for sure, but it’s talked up enough at school that it seemed silly, well, not to do it. What, we can’t turn off the TV for week? Of course we can, um, it sounds like a fine idea, but…
At the very least my kids will have a story to tell their kids when it comes time for them to turn off the television microchips embedded in their brains for a week.
“And then Grandma just started crying and talking to the remote, how funny was that…”
