All 3 of my kids love it as well. I love it with cream cheese and jelly! My kids just like it with cream cheese. I will eat it with hummus and pb&j too - not at the same time! Virtually the only people I know who actually like matzoh, like you, are not Jewish. Except my dad. But my dad doesn't like anything with flavor.
