Because everybody loves a carnival…

Summer has officially started, and the Carnival of Family Life this week went back home, to Colloquium.

We had two contributions this week, one from Randi, about her plans to go strawberry picking. If you liked that one, check out Marcela’s follow-up post on cherry picking, which also included links to a lot of good self-pick spots.

Then we had my entry on the (not-so-)brilliant idea of making gummi fruit snacks that are shaped and colored to look like Lego bricks.

Anyhow, the carnival is Summer themed, naturally, and is a bit smaller than usual, but I’m guessing lots of folks have begun their annual vacations.

For those of us chained to our desks, check out the carnival, which has the usual bloggy goodness, with more than usual of course, on family travel.

If you have no idea what a blog carnival is or want to know more about this particular blog carnival, check out this post on the Carnival of Family Life’s home blog, Colloquium.
